Aspenberg Development

Rickard Aspenberg

Litium Specialist · Senior Full-Stack Developer · React, Next.js & Digital Commerce

I design, build and deliver modern web platforms, e-commerce solutions and digital services where user needs, business goals and long-term sustainability go hand in hand.

About me

With a focus on quality, user experience and modern technology, I develop long-term sustainable digital solutions — from web platforms and apps to advanced e-commerce solutions.

Based in Helsingborg, working with clients across Sweden and beyond.

My interest in programming began in my teenage years on a Sinclair Spectrum 48K. My first program was a simple music interface where the user could select and play songs. After studying programming and travelling around the world, I worked as an EMC engineer, combining technical precision with custom tools that made measurements of electrical products more efficient.

Since 1998 I have worked with systems and web development. In the early 2000s I helped develop the ScriptServer e-commerce platform at Dimac, while also running Aspenberg Development and helping smaller companies bring digital ideas to life.

For the past seventeen years I have built deep expertise in Litium through platform development, customer projects and technical leadership. My experience spans everything from traditional MVC solutions to modern headless architectures, giving me a unique perspective on how digital commerce has evolved over time.

People who love what they do rarely settle for “good enough”. They put in the extra effort, keep refining and care about the details — because quality is not just a goal, but something personal.

What we offer

E-commerce with Litium

Architecture, development and long-term delivery of B2B and B2C solutions on Litium — from initial design to launch and beyond.

I build and advise on modern headless storefronts as well as solutions based on the MVC Accelerator — tailored to how your organization sells and operates.

I also help maintain and further develop existing Litium solutions: stabilizing the platform, reducing technical debt and adding what the business needs next.

Custom Headless CMS Solutions (outside Litium)

When a full-scale platform is not the right choice, I develop standalone headless solutions with Next.js and a modern technology stack built for long-term sustainability.

Frontend, UX/UI & Design Systems

Responsive interfaces, design systems and close collaboration between business, design and development — so the right things are built in the right way.

Technical Leadership

Project management, solution architecture and hands-on development when needed to keep momentum, quality and delivery dates on track.

Professional Experience

In 2022 I left Columbus for Dixcon, founded by Jennifer Sköld. Shortly after, we founded Pando Nexis — a focused company with a strong emphasis on Litium and digital growth, helping customers solve both technical and business challenges.
